Private account content
Only public posts can ever be supported here. Private account content will not work even once this is re-enabled.
Stories
Instagram Stories are not supported due to their temporary, access-restricted nature.

Why is the Instagram downloader unavailable?
Instagram currently requires a signed-in session to reliably serve video data, which we won't ask users to provide. We're evaluating compliant ways to support this and will re-enable it once that's solved.
Will this come back?
Yes, the page and its instructions stay live, and the tool switches back on automatically once extraction is verified working again.
Can you download private Instagram content?
